Free Wi-Fi was working perfectly. Nice room and very clean. Just a 15-minute stroll to the centre.

This place is classic because of the awesome location and the city views. The classic queen room was air-conditioned, it included a heating system, a personal safe and a work desk. Really loved that this hotel was easy walk to barberini metro station.

Within walking distance of trevi fountains. Breakfast selection was GOOD. 30 minutes' drive to the airport.

Don't know any better place than 9Hotel Cesari. The staff was helpful, the restaurant was superb. Found La Locanda del Tempio, set so close to the property, ate there a few times. The beds were comfortable, rooms were very clean.

We appreciated cleanliness and rooms in this hotel, it was suitable for us. A terrace was the best part.

There is so much good about this Hotel, however, it is greatly in need of a facelift.
Central location, friendly staff and a great roof deck (for breakfast and drinks at night) make this hotel worth staying at if you are on a budget and don't plan to spend any time in your room. The newer flooring in the bed rooms is a huge plus.
The entire inside of the hotel needs to be renovated. Walls, carpets, sitting spaces in common areas are old, worn and dirty looking. Our room had peeling wallpaper, old curtains and it smelled like cigarettes. Our bathroom needed to be gutted. Our bed was not made well and didn't come with a top sheet, only a comforter. I can't imagine the comforter is cleaned after each person checks out. We asked for top sheets and the staff was very accommodating but I think a top sheet should be a given.

The hotel staff were excellent and really went out of their way to help

rooftop terrace breakfast was an excellent start to the day.

We had stayed at this hotel a number of years ago and the experience was excellent each time. Only a block or two from the Pantheon and less than a block from Via Corso. The staff is extremely helpful. We look forward to returning in the future.
-
Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Tomasso. His dinner recommendations were outstanding! Also, the complimentary coffee and tea service in the rooms was a nice touch.
-
The location was excellent and I loved the roof terrace.
The room was abit smaill
-
location! and location!. stones throw from many historical and shopping places, restaraunts etc. friendly staff, good rooftop breakfast.
rooms are dated and need renovation. we stayed at another hotel in rome on the same trip which also was equally well placed in the central area of rome and found that in comparison this hotel ought to upgrade its rooms.
-
The fiendlyness and helpfulness of the staff - particularly the gentleman running the bar - he was very friendly and helpful to us. Our room was cleaned exceptionally well...
The shower head was loose and difficult to shower with. Room 40 BIS
-
close proximity to all facilities and main tourist attractions
Great position, lovely roof top for breakfast and pm dinner drinks over the city

Excellent location & staff. Breakfast good, but found a long hair in my bread. I would stay here again, because of the location, even though rooms are simple.
I liked it, but the espresso machine at breakfast was a little weird, & then I had a long hair in my bread. Otherwise the food was good
